The product images used on lush-florist.com are for reference only. The quality, colour, texture, style of every flower varies depending on the supply condition of each season, weather and environment. Please be subject to the actual products.


Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The florist reserves the right to refuse any order.


Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be displayed on the checkout page and will include all applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges.


Payment: Payment can be made using a valid credit card or other accepted payment methods.


Delivery: Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. The florist will not be responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Substitutions: The florist reserves the right to substitute flowers or other items of equal or greater value if the original selection is not available.


Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Complaints: Any complaints or issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Governing Law: Any disputes arising from the use of the florist’s services will be governed by the laws of the state or country where the florist is located.


Arrangements of Floral Materials

There is no gurantee that a certain flower or material will be in stock. Our florist will prepare the best for you.

Rescheduling of Workshops

Certain workshop materials (e.g. imported flowers, décor containers, etc.) require pre-ordering. If rescheduling of workshops is required, please inform us at least 10 days before the original date of workshop. An additional fee of $200 will be charged for any rescheduling within 10 days before the original date of workshop. Workshop fees are not refundable.
